Combined Shipping Clarification: When you add a pre-order or back-order item to your cart, please note that all other items within the same cart will be shipped alongside the pre-order item. In practical terms, if your pre-order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to await shipment for all other items in the cart for the same duration. Should you prefer immediate shipment for non-pre-order items, we suggest placing them in a separate cart and proceeding with a separate order. Please be advised that orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled

Payment Processing Procedure: Upon confirming your pre-order or back-order purchase, the associated charges will be processed on your card immediately. This ensures the reservation of your selected items and facilitates the streamlined processing of your order.

Cancellation Policy Clarity: While we understand that circumstances may change, please note that orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment and are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee, deducted from the refunded amount, accounts for the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred during the initial transaction.
